I reviewed this product on Amazon but want to reiterate here that this is a truly great product and essential for those of us looking out for ferals and visiting outdoor kitties. I've had my heated kitty pad for a few years now and it's still working perfectly. It should be used as part of a good shelter that blocks wind and rain/snow.

Buying a new cover is easy -- you can get them online and even at some PetsMart stores.
