I purchased a large Cool Bed III for my dog Maxx just before my vacation. I had planned to take it to the kennel in which he would be staying. However, I did not realize that it was too heavy to carry with the 8 gallons of water it took to fill it up. The store clerk told me when I purchased it that it was not returnable, but I took my chances that this bed would be perfect for him with his arthritis and body heat problems. Well, being I could not easily carry this be to the kennel I had a brainstorm. I am a menopausal woman who hasn't had a good night's sleep in 7 years due to night sweats. Guess what? I put that cool bed on my own bed and I indeed have been having less night sweats! It is very comfortable and the coolness is very refreshing to this old lady. Poor Maxx had to use a less cool bed, but Mamma is having sweet dreams. I wondered if your company has ever given thought to manufacturing a cool bed for menopausal women? If you do, let me be your spokesperson because I'm living proof that it works!
