The product is made backwards and cannot even be put up. The side with the screw holes is supposed to go on the windowsill (and has to be in order for the cover to go over it), but the legs only go on one way and they are backwards to how they need to be to brace the sill. Cannot believe we paid good money for this and it is USELESS. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
